REFUND POLICY

PAYMENT TERMS

Any task would be taken up by our developers only once a 50% payment of the total agreed amount is paid in advance and the remaining 50% to be paid when the work is complete by 90%  as per our assumptions.

REFUND POLICY

Any advances paid are non-refundable and shall be considered as the consultation fee for any engagement to date. Please read our refund policy here. Any payment will be eligible for a full or partial refund if we are unable to give you time as proposed in the estimate and not based on the deliverability as we charge our customers only for the task or consultation hours and not based on deliverability of the proposed task and the final task/process document that will be agreed upon by you. 

Customers will not be eligible for any refund even if the proposed tasks go incomplete due to limitations in third party softwares or due to limitations in our Consultants capabilities as we always reiterate that we charge our customers based on the consultation or task hours that we spend for your project.
