PAYMENT TERMS

Any task would be taken up by our developers only once a 50% payment of the total agreed amount is paid in advance and the remaining 50% to be paid before the final milestone.

REFUND POLICY

Techtron maintains a strict no-refund policy. All services are billed based on the actual hours and efforts expended, and payments once made are non-refundable. Any exception to this policy will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and shall remain solely at the discretion of Techtron. In such cases, it may take up to 30 days to process payments approved under Techtron’s sole discretion.
