Terms & Condition

  • The Support Plan is valid for 365 days. 

  • Product Onboarding: If Zoho is introducing new features in the Zoho application then will provide training sessions for these additional features well in advance so that when new features become live clients are well prepared. 

  • The client needs to pay 100% advance before starting the Support Plan.

  • Additional Hours will be charged according to the Support Plan Selected.
