As the organization continued to grow, managing sales operations, tracking performance, and maintaining accurate reporting across multiple systems became increasingly complex. To address these challenges and establish a scalable digital ecosystem, Alantech Industrial Solution partnered with Techtron Global Services to implement and optimize Zoho One.


Problem Statement and Key Challenges:


Alantech Industrial Solution faced several operational challenges that impacted productivity and visibility across its sales processes. A key issue was the currency mismatch between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, which disrupted integration and affected quotation and order workflows.

 

Additionally, the organization lacked structured KPI tracking for sales engineers and overall team performance. Lead reporting capabilities were limited, offer management within Zoho CRM was inefficient, and there was no centralized system to monitor sales activities effectively.

 

The client also required task and calendar integration with Microsoft Teams, customized quote and sales order templates in Zoho Books, and advanced analytics to track conversions, individual performance, and sales trends.


Evaluation of the Problem:


The evaluation process began with detailed discussions and requirement-gathering online meetings with the client’s management team. During these sessions, existing workflows, reporting gaps, and integration issues were identified. An SRS (Software Requirement Specification) document was prepared and presented, which clearly outlined the proposed solutions and was formally approved by the client.

 

Throughout the implementation, additional challenges were identified and addressed proactively. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics were selected as the ideal solution due to their native integrations, scalability, and ability to provide comprehensive reporting and performance insights through Zoho One.


Proposed Solution:


Techtron Global Services implemented Zoho CRM to manage leads, accounts, deals, and sales activities, while Zoho Books handled quotations, sales orders, and financial workflows.

 

Zoho Analytics was integrated to deliver advanced dashboards and reports covering sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, and individual contributor metrics. Zoho Social, Microsoft Teams integration, and customized templates further enhanced collaboration and efficiency.


Implementation:


The implementation was completed over a period of 7–8 weeks and involved a moderately complex setup. One of the key challenges was ensuring that sales users who were not added to Zoho Books could still generate quotations from Zoho CRM. This was resolved through careful configuration of integrations and permissions.

 

Additional implementation activities included currency alignment between CRM and Books, KPI setup, task and calendar integration with Microsoft Teams, and customization of quote and sales order templates. Post go-live support was provided to ensure smooth adoption.


Results:


Following the implementation, Alantech Industrial Solution achieved significant improvements in sales visibility and performance tracking. Management gained access to real-time dashboards within Zoho CRM, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
